Music Scholarships and Audition Information
The Music Department at Morningside College offers significant scholarship funding for talented students of all majors who are involved in music performance.
Scholarships
Celebration of Excellence (COE) Talent Scholarships in Music are awarded to deserving admitted applicants. Awards up to $4,000 are available to both music majors and non-majors. This grant is awarded upon a successful audition during a student’s senior year in high school. The COE award is guaranteed for each year of the student’s tenure at Morningside College.
Music Participation Stipends
Music Participation Stipends are earned through involvement in music ensembles. (Pianists’ participation will be determined by the piano faculty.) Students must perform a Celebration of Excellence (COE) audition to be eligible.
